  1. aluminum foil sprayed with pam on the bottom of any oven friendly pan/dish.

  2. You can use any oven safe dish or pan. Pizza pans, cake pans, pie pans all will bake cookies, but will only hold a few compared to cookie sheets,  You can also use Corning ware or Pyrex glass/ceramic pans, but the cookies will not brown well if you do.  You may want to set the oven temperature 25 degrees lower for glass/ceramic.  Also, be very careful to watch the baking time, as smaller amounts tend to bake and be done more quickly.

  3. You could turn your 9 x 13 pan over and use the bottom of it as a cookie sheet.  Or cover your wire cooling rack or oven rack with foil.

  4. Hello,

You could use any oven safe dish to bake your cookies in. A flat bsking stone would work great too!

    Good Luck!

  5. I've used a cake pan, but to make it easier, I just flipped it upside down.  That way I didn't have to dig in with the spatula to remove them.  Line it with foil and clean up is even easier.

  6. Cake pan? casserole dish if it has a flat bottom.  I have even used just a couple of sheets of foil.  Be care putting it in and taking it out of the oven.

  7. Muffin tins work really well.  :)  Just make sure to grease the cups first.

  8. You could use a 9x13" pan, but you can't fit very many in there.  Cookie or baking sheets are standard equipment for ANY kitchen.  Just go out and buy a couple
