  1. UN:

That's easy, TRUST NO MORTGAGE BANKER ?

  2. Pay your bills on time.

  3. Pay your dues, park only where designated and keep your yard and out building tidy.

  4. The Home Owner's association looks after the interest of the home owners. The UN does not look after the decent member states. It gives priority to the world's most brutal dictatorships. Hence the UN should learn from the Home Owner's Association to look after the decent paying members.

  5. The U.N needs to learn two things....learn to support itself with less U.S. money (we financially support 90% of the U.N., folks!!). And, Isreal is the only democracy in the middle east and is banned from joining the U.N. This makes no sense and should be changed. We pay for the U.N. to conduct business, yet our Jewish friends cannot join?!?!?! Bullsh!t !!!!!

The homeowner's association should teach them a lesson about keeping their OWN F*CKING lawn mowed!!! Maybe then we could have actuall peace for once!!!

  6. Many of the answers before mine are very good.  But, I, pesonally loathe home owners' associations so, I would hope that the UN would learn nothing from that association.

Home owner associations are too constricting in their policies and the average home owner has no say in what he can do to his own home.  The association does not pay a person's mortgage but can dictate what color a person can have on the door leading to the entrance to his house.

A realtor does not have to tell you whether a home is in an adult only community.  But, if you buy a house controlled by a home owner's association in an adult only community and you have children, the association can and will force you out of the house yet, you still have to pay your mortgage on a house you and your family cannot live in.  This is just a couple of examples of why I am not a fan of home owners' associations.
