What could a biz do to make it appeal more to Teens

Question

I own a ice cream parlor / coffee shop. I have Pool tables and allot of empty space. Some people say bands and things but i have no clue what types of music to put in there let alone what types of bands to put in. This Coffee shop is in Richmond, MI which is a small town, only thing to do is drive down town or go bowling. Any input would be awsome. Thank you for your time.

What kind of atmosphere does it project?  Is it swanky, night club type or fun amusement type?  Poetry readings,board game night, etc.

My teenagers go to a place that is 45 minutes away to hang out with friends because it is not your typical coffee shop but it has a big screen tv that shows music videos, big comfy couches, and it's clean and welcoming!  

Ask a teenager or better yet, ask a lot of teenagers!  If your local high school offers a business class or marketing class, see if you can prepare a short survey the teacher can use in class as a teaching aid and you can use the information for your business.  Win win for all and no cost to you except time! It also is a sort of free advertisement plug.  You could even put a coupon on the bottom of the survey...like thanks for taking my survey, here's a coupon for a free ice cream cone or small coffee.
