What could be a good cosplay character for me?

Question

Im 5'7, have shoulder length black hair with bangs that are a little longer that too my eyebrows. I have kindof pale skin and bright blue eyes. I wanted to be azula, but her costumes would be to diffucult for me to make. I want one that is kinda simple, and not to bulky and covering, but also not real S****y.

An easy one to do with your hair would be Yuffie Kisaragi, she's got about 3 diggerent outfits:

Of course, some of them are assuming you wouldn't mind cross-dressing obviously.

Worst case scenario, just pick someone at random who you like and get a wig. It's more fun to go as someone you like than someone you're not a fan of.

How about Hinata from Naruto? She has your bangs, and blue eyes? Her costume is just a jacket and knee-pants ^^

Or else there is Ryomou Shimei from Ikki Tousen. Her hair is blue, but.. yeah.. you could paint it? :b Her hair fits yours with the lenght and so. Her fighting-costume is difficult to make, but she also wears a school uniform which I would guess is pretty easy to make.
