What could be causing my Ache Below?

After s*x I am always very soar down below and tend to have to use the toilet loads after - what could be wrong with me?

Could be a lack of natural lubrication but it could also be something like thrush which irritates the tissues anyway, then when you have s*x, it rubs and irritates it even more.

I'd try some lube first, if that doesn't work, try some thrush cream, if no improvement I'd see your GP or family planning clinic.

Sounds like you may need to use some lube. I am the same way.  Also, using the restroom after s*x is a way of cleaning out your urethrea so tha tyou dont get a UTI, so its not necessarily a bad thing.
