  1. corn on the cob! and anything with pineapple is really good! you can make a fruit salad or a slaw with pineapples, pears, and apples, and a couple other garnishes..tastes great!

  2. Cole Slow and watermelon seems about right

  3. I think a nice baked potato with only that juicy bbq pork on top of it. Yummie And how about some fried onion rings....

  4. I like cole slaw with mine --  the cool slaw pair with the spicy/sweet barbecue is a nice contrast.  I also like chips and dip with mine.

  5. Usually:

    Potato Salad

    Grilled Corn on the Cob

    Macaroni Salad

    Baked beans

    Cole Slaw

  6. Coleslaw (not too juicy) - some people even like it ON their sandwiches ..... Mac & Cheese would be traditional;  green beans too ....  Potato or macaroni salad .....  relish platter (olives, pickles)  .....fruit salad .......of course, banana pudding would be the traditional Southern dessert too with that

  7. the cole slaw goes well with the pulled pork.  also, garlic fries.

  8. Rather than the usual, dress it up.

Corn on the cob - sprinkle with chili powder, wrap in bacon      then foil and grill, serve with a squeeze of lime.

Memphis cole slaw - cabbage, celery seed, S&P, cider vinegar, touch of sugar, all to taste

Roasted Potatoes - Chunk up, skin on, toss with olive oil, S&P, chopped fresh rosemary.  Roast 450 til done.
