What could be monthly salary for 8 year exp Software Eng in UAE?

I am Software engineer working on ASP, PHP and ASP.net. I have got 8 years of experience. Got offer from UAE company. What salary I can expect per month? I am from India and I don't know much about UAE. What are the benefits given? Is it very difficult to found the accomodation in Dubai and Sharjah? I am lady. Am I allowed to work? Is there any rules for ladies?

you can make anywhere from 80,000 - 110,000 a year and yes you can work but one of the rules is you must wear a head scarf and one of those funny robes. but a good thing underwear is optional
