Right now I have a headache, and its sort of on my forehead, but mostly behind my ears and the back of my head and goes into my neck. Its getting very bad.

Does anyone know what could cause this? Because I've been getting so many of them this summer. And they are all in the back of my head going into my neck.

  1. It could be tension. This could be caused by stress, or any specific activity you've been doing. Wearing a backpack, or heavy bag on one shoulder could do it. Lying on your side reading a book could too. Chopping lot's of veg ..... anything where you've been using your arms or upper body differently.

Obviously there are many other causes for headaches, so if you're still concerned ....... you know what I'm going to say, don't you?

  2. Try taking a Benadryl, it sounds like your allergies are getting to you big time.  If that doesn't relieve the headache go see your doctor and explain the problem.
