What could be the problem? Mark 4 golf drive shaft, golf is lowered by 40mm on front and 45 on bac on coilover

My car has went throught 2 drive shaft ends in 2 daysand have been told its to do with the coilovers but thought if i lowered it only 40 mm then it wuouldnt matter
