It's more like my collarbone area (right on top of the left collarbone) and it comes out randomly, sometimes once a week, sometimes three times a week, sometimes once in two weeks. It's hard to describe the pain. Maybe from my collarbone to the top of my bicep, it's a staggering, excruciating, pain that last between 3 to 10 seconds. It's so painful that I have to stop what I am doing and I can't move my left arm during that time.

I'm 18, about 140, rather active when it comes to exercise, although I don't eat very well because my metabolism is awesome right now, and the pain has been coming by for few months now.

  1. If it is intermittent and doesn't occur with movement, this is most likely a pinched nerve. A chiropractor who specializes in sports injuries can certainly correct that because pinched nerves in that area are usually due to a misaligned bone in the lower part of the neck.
