like something's vibrating in my head. it doesn't hurt, but it's been this way for 2 days now, and I'm nervous. Could I have a, G-d forbid, brain tumor?

  1. I don't know. Do you remember being abducted by little green men who probed you with metal objects at anytime recently?

Or are you just resting your head against the washer while your clothes are in it again?

Some of us who were born in the seventies had small radios implanted in our right frontal lobes, so uncle sam could communicate with us, typically through a series of vibrations that trigger an electric impulse that leads to involuntary movement in the legs. That's how the disco era actually came about. All for the amusement of uncle sam.

You might want to go to a doctor to make sure you do not have a small family of robots living in there. They can easily remove them with a q-tip if so.

  2. It's probably only your pulse. If it continues into tomorrow though, be sure to see a doctor immediatly.

  3. have you been to any tropical places out of the country latly? aka mexica etc. if so you could have got this bug that can lay larva in ur skin and sometimes plant there eggs in ur ear... just go to the hospital and get it checked out...

  4. It is, most likely, an inner ear problem.  Infection, build-up of ear wax, etc.  See an Ear, Nose and Throat Dr. ( ENT or Otoarengologist?).
