What could be wrong with my cat if his third eyelid is showing while he is awake?

he seems to be warm feeling, sneezes. what could be wrong? allergies? infection?

this sounds like it could be an infection or allergies. you should get them checked out right away. are you sure its the third eye I think its more likely to be a mucus covering from allergies. hope you cat feels better. best of luck to you
