  1. screen unplugged from wall? screen unplugged from computer?  brightness all the way down?

if you press the "caps lock" key, does the "caps lock" led light up?

  2. just take it to the store lol

  3. It's probably the monitor..

  4. possible graphic card fault !!!

make sure ur graphic card is seated correctly and that the fan is working once ur machines switched on !!!

    :)

p.s. when u switch it on...does it bleep ? if so, how many bleeps does it make !!!

    :)

  5. Lol maybe your monitor is dead. try to clean the plug and put the plug back into the monitor, or check if the cable that runs from the monitor into the cpu is broken or loose. and fix it ...or ur computer might be stuffed up perhaps the video carhhhddd! good luckk but you could have a virus alsoo

  6. it wont start.. i think that's what's wrong with it!

  7. problem seems to be the graphics card or the drivers that run it...

We're going to need more information.

Does it post... that is "beep"?

What do you notice about your monitor? Is there a light that is usually blue when the computer is on and... say... yellow when it's on standby, etc. ?  ... So, is this light blue or yellow?

Check the cords.... make sure you're plugged in all the way.  If you notice that the monitor cord is not plugged into the computer all the way.. DO NOT! plug it back in until the computer is shut down.  Otherwise you will discover a new problem and it will be a fried video/graphics card.

  8. ok, you are screwed...lol, i had this EXACT problem last year and my motherboard and cpu were ruined due to a power surge, take it to best buy or something, they can tell you the type of motherboard/cpu you'll need (if your not technologically adapt they can install it too)

  9. can be a lot of things but the first thing that comes to my mind is faulty graphics card maybe or faulty motherboard.  Did u try connecting to a different screen?
