It will wash and spin the clothes fine. The water comes on during the rinse cycle but will not fill up the machine, and runs until I have to manually go out and put it on spin cycle. Thanks for your help.

  1. Inside of your washer, it may have a 'float' of some kind to tell it to fill up, or when it is full to stop. Also, the dial could not be moving like it should to the correct setting to tell the washer that it is time to fill up the tub inside. It could not only be the dial itself, but also the gear inside that turns. I would go to an appliance store, and let them know what is going on. It could very well be an easy fix. If not, then you may have to get a new washer. A lot of people will sell their washer and dryers at yard sales that work really good. I sold mine for $75 and it was a Kenmore.

    Hope this helps. :-)
