What I know for sure is:

I don't have arthritis

I don't have tendinitis

What else could make my knees hurt? They don't hurt at the same spot.Sometimes it hurts under the kneecap, sometimes it hurts where that tendon on the outer part is.

  1. you either stand for long periods of time out of the ordanry or you have gained weight lately or you put all your weight on one sid more than the other...

  2. There are many things that could cause knee pain.  Only an orthopedist can tell you what it is.

  3. Maybe its because you have flat feet, and you aren't walking properly. Go to a pediatrist and have your legs checked. You may need to get special insoles to support your feet so it balances your weight.

  4. That is exactly what I had for the past 2 years in exactly the same places, sometimes I was in agony and felt like an old woman.... There is a name for it but sorry cannot remember

Went to the doctors for a 2nd time and told him that pain sometimes was unbearable. This is what happened

    1. Went for an xray (Just in case there was something awful there) Xray clear

    2. Advised not arthritis but gave me some tablets to take the pain away (Arthritis tablets!!) To keep the inflammation down...They worked for the first time I was pain free

    3. He said that maybe I should try to exercise the knee?

    4. Well I go swimming anyway but that had not been doing anything so

    5. I got out my old "Step" and I do it most mornings for 30 minutes and pain has gone!!!!!!!!

    6. Stopped taking the tablets by the way

Good Luck because I know how much pain you are in
