  1. i actually get that weird twitching and crawling feelin too. and i dont know.. but.. i know that twitching is just like an eye twitch. its just a spurratic move that happens when your nervous system jumps..its not uncommon at all. if it persists or gets worse or painful.. go to your doctor. it could be a symptom of something if its not just twitces

  2. it might be due to an electrolyte imbalance..n we feel it usually wen were resting, were it becomes more noticeable..try 2 hav it checkd..Godbless

  3. This is common among people of a nervous disposition or indeed individuals suffering from mild motor function disorders. Some individuals also produce slightly too much electricity within their body which causes the nerve impulses to move and give the impression of physical movement.

Klippel-Feil Syndrome is a condition that is typified by a shortening of the neck. It can appear to onlookers as though the individual suffering from the condition is shaking or moving their head from side to side when in actual fact it is a problem with the nerves within the neck. However I very much doubt this would be the reason for you neck twitches as it is rare, and you seem to be experiencing many other body twitches.

The weird bloating and twitching of the lower abdomen sounds like Irritable Bowel Syndrome, however it is impossible to tell with out getting it checked out proffessionaly.

If it is not severe and not causing discomfort I would leave it be, most people have some form of involuntary movement which is not harmful.

  4. Its called fasciculation: the nerves supplying the muscles fire spontaneously, so only a couple of fibres jump. Its similar to a reflex or a tic but uncontrolled and the nerve pathways are different. Used to happen to me all the time in my legs. Usually harmless. If its really bothering you go see a doctor, otherwise it will probably go away by itself.
