What could happen if i don't pay a jet ski wake violation fine, because I got the fine in NV and I live in CA

i got a jet ski fine, if i don't pay it can they do anything if I live in a different state?

The county court will eventually turn it into collections.  Which will affect your credit score.  And you'll have 800#'s calling you all the time, trying to get the money.  

But nothing like a warrant or anything will be issued.

It's better to just pay it.  Than to knock your credit score down.
