At about three am this morning i was going out to my land rover defender because i had to go and see a mate about something. I had just left the house when i heard shouting and yelling, i looked over and saw 3 yobbos jumping on cars, i stayed away so as to avoid confrontation but then they climbed on my land rover so i went over and shouted " ho what the **** do you think your doin" they look at me and swore at me, the yobs jumped down and i felt like they were gonna jump me so i smacked one in the face, beat one in the stomach til he was layin on the floor and i broke the other ones nose. The yobbos were laying there and said they were gonna tell the police so i just got in my car and drove off. Its not the first my car has been walked over and dented but the police are powerless they say because they have no idea who it is. Now if the yobs go to the police what could happen to me? Would i go to prison. I live in scotland.
