  1. start building a boat

  2. none,  the entire surface of the earth would be covered in water except for the highest mountains....

or... none of the things you listed will happen, and we will return to the cold eventually.

  3. Given the situation you have described, that I think is a bit unlikely, I am not sure any countries would 'survive'. There would be huge secondry effects of loss of world markets, billions of displaced people that would all need to migrate, loss of massive areas of farming land, so there would be starvation and disease on a scale never seen previoulsy etc etc.

  4. Six degrees Celsius is very unlikely. Six degrees Fahrenheit is more plausible, but would still take a very long time.

  5. How cold do you believe the land based ice is over the poles?  Do you believe a few degrees will make any difference?

This is from the IPCC itself:

"In 2001, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) concluded that “No significant acceleration in the rate of sea level rise during the 20th century has been detected.”"

Sea levels have been rising very slowly since the end of the last ice age:

    http://www.worldclimatereport.com/index....

"However, the sea level rise has been taking place almost monotonically over the past 8,000 years, with substantial decadal variability embedded in the trend."

Or do you disbelieve the source from which AGW believers take their data from - IPCC??
