  1. This is lateral euphoria. Can be caused by a lazy eye, or come on after concussion....though I was told the blow to the head need not be strong enough to remember happening! Both cases can be partly corrected by glasses which try to force the weaker eye to work. (So you see ok with them on, but feels like seeing triple when you remove them). I can get two city buses to stand on top of each other!!

They also reckon a brain tumour can cause it, but that is rare. If you've had it a long time and no other symptoms, it's just a version of lazy eye.

  2. it indicates that it's high time to see an ophthalmologist.

  3. I was born this way.  Cross-eyed.  I had so-called corrective surgery, but it's back again, especially at night.

    Go to an Ophthalmologist

  4. This would be vertical double vision (vertical diplopia) if you are seeing them one atop the other.  You could have a neural or muscular problem causing this.  Sometimes, the muscles are not strong enough to keep the eyes aligned.  This becomes more prominant as you age.  You definitely need to be evaluated to rule out the more serious issues.  At any rate, a doctor can prescribe prism in glasses to compensate for the double vision.

  5. If you get it only when looking with both eyes, then it's probably related to a condition called lazy eye. If you get it even when you only look with one eye, you probably have either uncorrected astigmatism or uncorrected myopia. If it gets better in bright light and in the day, it's probably astigmatism. Either way, you should probably contact your opthamologist and explain your worries, and he will find a way to help you.

  6. have it checked, something's wrong with your eyes

you have bitemporal hemianopia were both upper halves or lower halves vision is lost.

homonymous hemianopia/ homonymous hemianopsia in which same half (right or left) i lost in both eyes.

  7. Glasses can usually fix this.
