What could i do for today?

I seemed to have strained something in the back of my ankle, so I can't really run today :(

I'd like an intense cardio workout though, so what can I do instead?

  1. Swimming would be great.

    Otherwise, take it easy for a few days and ice that ankle. 10 minutes on 20 minutes off, repeat three times daily.
