walk along the waterfront. parking is cheap, and it doesn't cost anything to walk around. and if you like pizza you can go to mamma mia's for some of the BEST pizza anywhere!

Not much is free.  What about the wharf area. Walk around and look at all the tourists.  Since you're a pizza eater. Have some of the worst pizza in the world...anywhere in Plymouth County.
