What could i do to help my brother with his preperation for his regents?

you could take out the regents prep books from the library and ask him to practice. there are also internet tests he can take. or he could go to summer school, i know its not fun but maybe it'll refresh his memory.

and tell him to relax. don't cram. study day by day. =)
