i don't think you need to wear a lot of make up.

but mascara, some rosy blush, and pink lipgloss would be really cute.

if you want your eyes to POP! then you should use shimmery light purple or light green eyeshadow.

brown eyeliner would really define your eyes.

bronzer would make your face glow.

i don't think you need a haircut, your hair is really cute how it is

i also don't think that you should wear a whole lot of make up.

Some color would brighten you up! You have really pretty eyes that would look nice with some nude/brown OR orange eyeshadow...Mascara is a MUST!

Soft lip liner & a pale gloss.

Maybe try some mineral foundation (bare essentials) to even out your skin tone.

You can always visit a make up counter (Clinque may be perfect for you) for tips.

You could just lightly touch up some features but you are young. Wear some light lip gloss and use some mascara that's all you will need.

Put some color on your eyes!

Maybe a pink color or some blues.

Add some mascara to the lashes.
