What could i serve with chicken Paillard and a creamy parmasean salad?

i'm going to pound bnls sknls chicken b*****s out dredge them with panko bread crumbs, fry until crisp and golden brown then serve a salad on top with cherry tomatoes fresh mozzarella cheese and a home maid parmasean salad dressing any ideas on what else i could serve with this?

rice pilaf and sautee green beans

keep sides simple since sauces will have lots of flavor

A simple pasta. For the dressing, I would saute a couple chopped cloves of garlic in some olive oil, very lightly, until a little brown, then toss with the pasta. Add some herbs like basil and thyme, fresh would be best, but dried will work too, just go lightly.

And/or some grilled vegetables would go great. I did that with my paillard a couple of months ago. Slice zucchini, squash, and maybe some bell pepper if you like. Toss in some oil, salt, and pepper. Then grill until you get some nice coloring.
