What could rash/bug bite looking thing be?

it's only this one area, on my foot, and at first, it looked like a bug bite, so I put itch cream on it. Then I remembered that I was doing some stuff in the yard, and I thought it could have been poison, so I put some Cali-Gel on it and now I'm not sure what in the world it is.

I've had it for 2 weeks and it hasn't spread, and it's a little itchy.

I know it's not chicken pox, because I've had those twice already. Does anyone have a clue what this could be?

I had a similar-looking rash and the doctor thought it was poison ivy. That could be what you have too.
