What could the WWE be trying to pull off with Edge, All read?

Ok so I am thinking that 1 of these 3 things will happen do you agree.

1)- The WWE is bringing back the old Edge that we used to love so much, The Rated R SuperStar and make his was back to the WWE Championship as one of the Greatest Heels of all time.

or

2)- Edge is having a mental breakdown because he fears the Undertaker and actually fears his match in the h**l in a cell, Taker will destroy him and La Familia would pick the bones ending up to Edge being a midcard Jobber in line for the US Championship or tag team title.

3)- Vickie will have Edge beaten each night with Matches against guys like Bigshow, Khali, Umaga, Festus, Vladmir Koslof, and the Undertaker. Thus la familia having Vickie removed from office and and SD! Having Stephanie Mcmahon as new GM and she will rebuild the entire SD! Story line

Which of the 3 is most likely to happen, Im hoping either 1 or 3 but sadly it think it will go down as number 2

Edge is hated too much to return to the Edge we all loved... I personally would like him to return to the old Edge but it would tear the whole story line apart.

Taker is winding down his carreer...expect interference and Kane to become involved...and segway into being the new taker...look at the wwe

Number 1, no doubt. The La Familia storyline was good for a few months, but now it has started to wear a bit thin. It was like Guerrero's in their early days, that stable was very good but started to get a bit boring after a while. It was an awesome end to the storyline and to have the old Edge back is fantastic. Going to be a truly memorable match at Summerslam. Can't wait.

I go with 1.  He's too good to make into a jobber.  That would be insane of WWE.  And Vickie has been too good at her character to take her in another direction.
