Question:

What could the cause be if my boyfriend has testicular pain?

He told me it started hurting right after we had s*x 3 days ago. He said it didn't hurt until right after he had an o****m and since then it's still been hurting. He said it's in only one of his testicles. He feels pain whenever he walks or moves a lot. What might be the cause? Does he need to see a doctor? What doctor should he see if he doesn't have health insurance?

Any help is appreciated. Please be mature. Thank you.

  1. Well before attempting 2 ascertain why its hurting him, I suggest to take him 2 a doctor, or a penile specialist, or a urologist....In my opinion he might have blue balls but I hope he doesn't have testicular cancer....In any event take him to seek immediate medical help...Just 2 be safe...OK?

  2. Only thing I'd add to Yogi's comments is that he may have a hernia...does happen. If the pain doesn't subside within a week, he should see a doctor.

  3. Quite possibly epididymitis. Would need antibiotics (although it doesn't generally spread). He should go to the ER soon if he has no insurance. It is not a good idea to just try to "get through" t******e pain.

  4. He probably bruised his t******e and didn't notice it until after he had an o****m.  While he was having s*x, his pain receptors were not being paid attention to, then after he came he felt the pain of a bruised t******e.

If it gets any worse, then it could be something internal and he should see a doctor.  Without health insurance goto a city free health clinic.  They are pretty much in every city.  I would give it like 5 days and see if it is better, worse, or the same.

He needs to eat healthy and take warm soothing baths to lets those nuts relax.

  5. I hope you two didn't have ruff s*x. Maybe he had a very intense o****m, he could have strained it a little. Could he have taken care of it early on and then you two had s*x. Had it been a long time since you two have had s*x all the build up and then the release was needed and he is still sort of doing some recovery. Could you offer to rub or hold then maybe ice them not that he would let you do the ice thing.  Are they swollen any if so it would be best he see a doc.
