What could these cold tingles in my legs be?

Here lately I feel these ice cold tingles up and down my legs when im driving, or walking. Feels like someone is dripping cold water down them? Is that de hydration??

It's RLS. That stands for Restless Leg Syndrome. Your doctor can give you some medication that has no side effects that will fix you rifght up.  RLS is very common.  The meds are Miropex or Requiem.
