About 3 years ago, I injured my lower back conditioning for my high school lacrosse varsity team. I can't be sure that's the exact cause, but it's the only time I can think of.
Anyways, I get almost excrutiating pain in my lower back sometimes that almost debillitates me. Sometimes, when I'm sitting in the up right position with my legs extended, and I try to lift my leg upwards, it causes me some pretty bad back pain in my lower back. Not only that, but I can't sit in chairs too long because my back begins to give me A LOT of pain. Sometimes it's in the form of back spasms (OUCH!) sometimes it's just pain that radiates in the lower back. Any ideas as to what this could be possibly be?
