What could this be?? I'm soo sick and hurting/aching all over my body. Please any remedies for home?

Two days ago I started out with severe fatigue to where I went to sleep and ended up missing work. Last night I got a sore throat that was not bad. I thought it would go away. When I woke up my throat hurt so bad it felt like I was swallowing razors. I thought it was strep throat but I ruled that out after now I have a fever and I am freezing as if it were 20 degrees in my house. My body is soo sore it is very uncomfortable. The aches are all over and I cannot move. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. But I'm wondering what this could be????

Sounds like some sort of influenza. See what the Doc says tomorrow.

Could be Influenza, could be Mononucleosis.  It could also be a seriously bad case of Strep.  Any of these can be serious if left untreated.  Good on you for getting that Dr. appointment!
