What could this mean for an adult, lumbar showed renolithiasis?

I was told this showed up on my x-ray

Renolithiasis means "kidney stone".  If you aren't hurting don't worry about it.  If you are hurting a little bit, it's probably not the stones.  Stones tend to be very uncomfortable (though not always).  some people have stones in their kkidneys that never pass.  You need to get it looked at to make sure that it is not hindering your kidney's ability to function.
