What could this pain i feel be?

ok well yesterday i was at a feinds houses playing cards and laughing alot when i got a small pain in my stomach i ignored it thinking its just me being hungry but it got worse and then i went home i couldent sleep cuz it hurt alot it feels like when ur very hungry and u get that paiin but i ate and its still here and idk what it could be it feels like its in my large intestine please help
