What could this type of dream symbolize?..?

Okay, so my friend told me she had this dream about me the other night, (she said it was during the fourth of July outside in the day time) on a blanket where we cuddled, and we kissed each other on our lips, cheeks, and noses, and we also looked into each others eyes. She said that during part of the dream, I had given her a kitten that was like grey-ish white fur with blue eyes that I had bought for her.
