Get rid of entitlements and things like the United Ne gro College Fund. And to be able to print the name of an organization without having to separate the gro from the Ne. Seriously.

Obviously, from the answers you've recieved so far the people of America would have to want equality before anything could be done. For the question to have to asked in 2008 shows that its not wanted. it's an unfortunate circumstance that could be dealth with, however a large amount of the people who should be seeking equality suffers from an illusion that it already exists.

From a historical standpoint the so called "entitlements"

that the so called "ne-gro" recieved were not entitlements. They were actually attempts to even the playing field because the game was being played unfairly. Without those entitlements we would still be living under a JIm Crow system which breeds inequality and no justice, and where there is no justice there can be no peace.

To bring equality to America we would have to first get America to believe that inequality still lives.

   Too many people are hung up about equality.  

   We all have different skills and talents.

   Some have certain gifts that others do not. They may be gifted in

   another area. The perception of equality is a myth that breeds envy

   and a hate America attitude that is destructive
