what could you loose if you give your personal details to scamers?

my friend got an job offer to work in UK at swatzoil UK

they sent him a soft contract with scanned stamp and ordered him to sign it and send it back to them is that offecial ?what he is going to loose if he sign and send his personal details

i checked some websites i saw that this company is fraude one

Once your personal details have been acquired they can be used to obtain credit, goods, bank loans etc, and guess who gets the credit for it, this includes a bad credit rating, being pestered by debt collecting agencies, county court summonses, and statutory notices (bankruptcy proceeding's) if the debt is over £750, which only allow a 21 day response before the order is implemented, to quote but a few, no good saying it wasn't me you have to substantiate it fully.

You could lose a lot of money!

AND

Get lots of irritating bills/summonses/fines that don't belong to you and it's up to you to prove that that are not yours!

Your bank account could be cleaned out. Credit cards used and a false passport could be obtained. Then your could be branded a criminal before all the investigations prove that your are innocent.
