Surprisingly I've checked Japan, its only visa free for school kids, for Vietnam they need a visa. Other countries ie other poorer Asian ones you still need a visa.....

  1. None.

  2. Tibet and East Turkestan. Both have more or less open borders with China.

Japan has a visa less scheme for tourist and those visiting relatives, but you aren't allowed to work or anything like that.

  3. Agree with 1st answer. You even yourself cannot have a visa free permission for the US. Unless you invade China for them having visa free for you.

  4. As far as I know, Cheju-do (济州岛), a small island  in South Korea , famous for it's natural beauty, of course, Cheju-do isn't a country....and Vietnam I guess

Visa privilege goes hand in hand with economy status of its citizen.
