What countries can you enter with a UK visa?

I'm from Thailand. I heard that you don't need a swiss visa if you have a UK student visa. Are there any other europeans countries where this applies?

with uk visa u can visit UK only , and not switzerland. whatever u have heard is wrong. For switzerland u need a seperate visa which u can get in bangkok in the swiss embassy
