  1. Iran comes to mind because we have no diplomatic dealing with them and i think England and Austrailia back us in this also.

  2. Most of the smaller countries are not represented world wide. Even the larger ones USA, Russia, UK etc only have Consular offices. It depends on the country and how many people of the other country have citizens there.

  3. any smaller countries i dont think have them world wide such as madagascar or bolivia for example

  4. Embassies and diplomatic posts sre two different terms. I doubt there is ANY country who have embassies worldwide. It is just not possible - or sometimes does not make any sense to have embassies all over. US, for example does have embassy in certain area due to problamatic diplomatic ties such as Iran (Mind you that does not mean Iran does not have embassies in other countries) or other smaller countries because US has less interest. In such case, they will have a diplomatic post or sometimes other embassy in a neighboring country represent. There is only one country that I would say, does not have almost any embassy around the world -Somalia. It's a country, but does not have any functioning government since 1991 and thus neither they are represented in the world nor they have world representatives in there.

  5. The Vatican in Rome.  I am certain there must be others......Iceland, Greenland, Fiji.
