What countries do not participate in the olympics?

It is easier to say who is there rather than who isn't.

There are some countries that may participate in the Summer Olympics that do not send athletes to the Winter Olympics.

Countries may change their names or be called something different than what I know.  Doing a quick check of a wiki list these are some of the ones I see missing:

 Antigua and Barbuda

Burma

 Falkland Islands

 Gambia

 Gibraltar

 Greenland

 Isle of Man

 Liberia

 Lithuania

 Macau

 Macedonia

 Martinique

 Moldova

 Montserrat

 Samoa

 Somalia

idk,alot of small countries never make the finals of many events, so its hard to tell, probably many small , sparcely populated countries do not compete , because of a lack of people.

and many african  nations prob, do not compete bc of lack of money/training, and many middle eastern countries probably don't compete because of strick governments.

just my thoughts.....?
