What countries in Europe are the warmest around October-November?

Question

Leaving Australia to go to the UK in October. I'm excited to have a white Christmas but a bit sad that I will be missing the whole of Australian summer and going to the UK to where it will nearly be winter. So I would like to have some options as to where else I can go in Europe around this time where it might be warm before winter comes around for Christmas.
