Every country cooperate with Interpol. About agents working for international justice and peace... What do your really want to ask? That is too broad. Every country may have provisionss on universal jurisdiction, or extraterritorial jurisdiction, forcing them to enforce the law and punish criminals, even when crimes have been committed abroad.
