1- Oman: The current Omani royal family had been ruling the country since the year 1744 & they were not part of the Ottoman Empire

2- Kuwait: The current Kuwait royal family had been ruling the country since the year 1756 & they were not part of the Ottoman Empire. They had always used different currency, never paid taxes to the Ottomans, never had an Ottoman garrison defending the country despite the military conflicts it’s been through during the past 250 years

3- Bahrain: The current Bahraini royal family had been ruling the country since the year 1783. They were not part of the Ottoman Empire either. They had an alliance with Kuwait & the Arabic tribe of Dawasir to defend the country from Persia/ Iran

Most of the countries in the Middle East were part of the Ottoman (Turkish) Empire until Turkey was on the losing side in WW 1.  So the answer is Turkey and Egypt.
