    Mexico and most Central America and south american countries.

    Let me start you off, though...they speak both in Chile.  (well, there are pockets of German speakers).

    GERMAN: Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Luxemburg (in the two latter is used only regionally),

    SPANISH: Andorra (in Europe), Guinea Equatorial (in Africa), USA (in certain States) and pratically in every country of Middle and South America (except Brasil)
