What countries stocks are in the VEU etf?

Yes, you probably would save a lot in annual expenses (expense ratio) over a long time. VEU's expense ration is less than half of the other ETFs

Keep in mind that you will have to pay brokerage commissions to sell IEV, EWC, ILF to buy VEU

Also remember that VEU contain many more countries than the ETFs you have right now.
