that depends what you mean by power, the british royal family don't really have any power.  But some of the countries that still have a royal family in some form are belgium, holland, denmark, spain, jordan

Currently there is 29 reigning monarchs in the world, the largest being Japan and the small Monaco (which is technically a principality).

Of course we know about Britain, Spain, Sweden, and Morrocco are monarchies as well. As well as Belgium, Denmark, and other countries I'm not aware of.
