USA, Israel, Marshall Islands, Kiribati and there was one Abstain it was another pacific Island um..... Gilbert Islands maybe (not sure about the last one)

Recently?  The 62 Session of the General Assembly of the UN has only had two resolutions so far, one was from the International Atomic Energy Agency and the second was for their Budget.  You need to be a little more specific to find help with this.  Try http://www.un.org/documents/ you can look up all the past resolutions, from all the different organs of the UN.  Hope this helps.
