  1. Mexican

  2. Britain.

well i guess we do like our cups of tea. so comforting...

  3. not all chinese kids are good at math!!!!

  4. I'm English and have lived all over the world at various times. People in Europe are generally surprised at how i act. When I lived in France they were amazed that i could speak French, that I enjoyed good food and could drink without vomiting everywhere and fighting. They viewed the English (and Scottish I must add) as violent drunken football hooligans who are on the whole zenophobic and ignorant. This is pretty much how alot of people outside of the UK see the English, i feel this is wrong. Yes there is a subculture of lazy, ignorant, violent drunks but they are a minority. Most of us are cool, we are quiet and hardworking we value our education and our liberty. We are opinionated as we have been encouraged to be free thinking and to question authority. We have all enjoyed rebellion, unfortunately as some of us get older they get less rebellious, so the rest iof us have to make up for them.

Oh yes we have the best sense of humour ever. We invented sarcasm!

  5. im from Ireland, and we get questions like about do we have electricity, running water, if we've recovered from the famine...all irish women are not ginger freckled lasses with 15 children. All irish men are not drunken layabouts. Leprachauns dont exist and yes, we do speak english!!!

  6. I'm English.

I get the impression that most people think we speak posh. You'll get some americans saying "ohhh I love the british accent" which really annoys me. Firstly which part of Britain? Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales? Then which part of which country.

We do drink tea a lot though. I've seen some americans on here saying english people have bad teeth. Don't really know where it comes from but personally, I take full advantage of the free NHS dental care.

  7. I am from the United States

the country's stereotype is somewhat accurate (but not for me!)

the stereotype ... fat, dumb, happy, rich, blond

  8. I am from Canada. I dont know what others think about Canada but when we went to Arizona for the holiday we got sooo many stupid remarks. From adults even! Asking us if we lived in igloos, if we had electricity, if we drove cars. I was like, are you friggen retarded? You don't know ANYthing about Canada and our lifestyles are very similar!

I think ourstereotypee is that we say Eh alot, which isnt very true. I find alot of the older generations do. No, not everyone plays hockey. Not everyone drinks beer, and No i dont know your cousin Frank.
