That's a question phrased to bring out the hearts, flowers, and violins. You tell me a place where everyone has equal rights, opportunities and responsibilities under the law regardless of race---and that will be the answer. I don't think such a place exists on this planet. Mixing people up and making the rules different for everyone does not, can not, and WILL not produce paradise.

USA. In terms of culture, we have (in music) American folk, blues, country, rock, rap; and all of these genres are pretty diverse. Also, the American film culture is huge (for better or worse...). And don't forget about authors like Mark Twain and such. Americans also have unique and diverse religious beliefs (once again, for better or worse)

Don't forget the US is a nation of immigrants from all over, so it's pretty diverse.
