  4. South west of the USA, Lousiana and there abouts.  It's supposed to be a descendant of Spanish paella, since Spain used to own that area, and later the French, which gave it some influences.

  14. Could it be America. The Carpenters sang a song with the words:- Goldfish Pie Jambalaya. Just seen it on Goggle and it comes from New Orleans.

  15. Jambalaya is really big in New Orleans but its originally from France.
